What this site knows about you.

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks nothing. There is no advertising network, no marketing pixel, and no third-party script running in your browser. There is no sign-up, no account, and no form to fill in.

I don’t know who visits this site, how long you stay, or what you read. That’s a deliberate choice, not an oversight.

What this site does not do

• No cookies of any kind, so there is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
• No analytics or visitor tracking, first-party or third-party.
• No advertising, retargeting, or marketing pixels.
• No embedded social media, comment systems, or chat widgets.
• No fonts, scripts, or images loaded from other companies’ servers. The typefaces are served from this domain, so your browser never contacts a third party to render this page.

If you email me

The contact links on this site open your own email application. Nothing is submitted through the site itself, so no message passes through this website at any point.

When you email me, I receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, your email address, and the contents of your message. It sits in my inbox with my email provider. I use it to reply to you and to continue any conversation that follows. I don’t sell it, rent it, publish it, or add you to a mailing list. If you’d like me to delete our correspondence, ask me and I will.

Hosting and server logs

This site is served by a hosting provider, and like effectively all web hosts, its servers keep short-lived technical logs of requests (things like IP address, timestamp and browser type) in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. I don’t use those logs to build any profile of you, and I don’t combine them with anything else.

Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere else, that destination has its own privacy practices, which I don’t control and can’t vouch for.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting anything (analytics, a newsletter, a real contact form) I will update this page before that happens, not after. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
